    HUMANS OF THE WEST

    Date:

We are Gary and Nick, father and son participating in Sons of the West in 2021. We signed up because we wanted to be more involved in the community and meet new people, and have some quality father and son time together.

Sandra and Danielle, mother and daughter in our family, really enjoyed participating in Daughters of the West, and recommended it to us.

We’ve learned that there’s more to health and fitness than the physical aspect, and there are many support services out there. It’s reminded us of the importance of communicating with others and learning from each other, and checking in on your mates. It’s been so enjoyable that we’ve even gone out and talked to men we know about the program, and they can’t wait to join next year!

Don’t be shy about signing up to Sons or Daughters of the West, even if you don’t know anyone there. You’ll meet great people and learn a lot.
