PEACHY KEEN’S COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH

Elderflower Spritz

45ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
90ml dry white wine (pinot grigio is best)
10ml lemon juice
45ml soda

Mix all ingredients in a wine glass with a generous amount of cucumber, mint, lemon, and lime. When using cucumber in cocktails, a good idea is to use a peeler to shave it into strips rather than cutting it into slices.

This can also easily be scaled up into a jug to serve 4-6 people
