    The growing number of crimes and raising infrastructure issues.

    Should/how can Council support local businesses?

    The Council should provide sufficient infrastructure such as road access & car parking spaces. The Council should play the important role in maintaining  safe & secure environment.

    Should/how can Council support local creatives and industries?

    Yes, by providing grants and maintaining the sufficient infrastructure and safe & secure environments.

    Should/how can Council help alleviate the impact of climate extremes on local communities and ecosystems?

    We have Federal, State and Local Governments that should all action on their legally established platforms. The Council role should include the supportive and consultancy functions that are critical for implementation of these initiatives.

    Should/how can Council help alleviate cost of living and homelessness?

    Once again, we have Federal, State and Local Governments that should all action on their legally established platforms. The Council role should include the supportive and consultancy functions that are critical for implementation of these initiatives.

    What should Council stop spending money on?

    Council should stop spending money on getting the subcontractors to assist with the jobs in areas of main council obligations. The Council employees should do their jobs.

    Should the public be allowed to ask live, unscripted questions of councillors during council meetings?

    The public should be allowed to ask live, unscripted questions of councillors during council meetings in only written forms without disruptions to the meetings. However, the answers for these questions should be provided on following council meetings as these are the products of collective discussions and agreements within the Council issues & enquiries process resolution procedures.

    Can you please provide a short personal statement detailing what your priorities are if elected, and what your vision for your electorate looks like.

    My name is Vladimir Molotsky. I am holding a Master Degree in Business (Professional Accounting) accompanied with more than 25 years of experience working in the complex organisations such as EPA Victoria, the City of Port Phillip, the City of Melbourne, Victoria Legal Aid, PeterMac Cancer Centre, Northern Health, The Institute of Public Accountants, Treasury Corporation of Victoria and many others.

    Vote for me if you require my strong representations to the council to deal with the following issues:

    1. Build Aquatic Centre in Point Cook – the home of more than 70,775 people.
    2. Deal with and reduce the growing number of crimes in Point Cook.
    3. Improve and rationalise the Point Cook local roads development and maintenance.
