Kariton Sorbetes’ artisanal gelato is handcrafted in small batches. Each item has been inspired by a classic Filipino dessert, cocktail or produce.
Try the classic ube halaya, preserved blackberry and caramelised coconut curds or coconut and pandan gelato infused with pandan jelly to name a few.
