COMMUNITY BANK SEDDON SUPPORTING LOCAL GROUPS THROUGH LOCKDOWN

    Date:

Community Bank Seddon is proud to be able to sponsor space in The Westsider newspaper and online for some fantastic people doing great work that benefits us all.

As a bank, we not only give you access to award-winning financial products and services, we’re also committed to returning profits to our local communities.

Open during lockdown as an essential service at 90 & 90A Charles Street Seddon from Mon-Fri 09:30-16:00. Phone 9687 2500.

We may be locked down, but your local community groups are still working away; feeding, growing, re-purposing and teaching for a better future for all of us. Here are some of the groups we are lucky to have in the inner-west – contact any that you wish to get involved with!

    Friends of Cruickshank Park

Friends of Cruickshank Park are the mechanics, eyes and ears behind all there is to do in Cruickshank Park. We’re set on making the park as fun as it can be. From community days to pop-up villages, to bobbing flamingos… If it’s related to Cruickshank Park, we’re making it happen.

    Comfort Care Foundation

Our Vision is to bring comfort, hope & benevolent relief to disadvantaged groups including young people, women, children & people with disabilities & the poor and strive to ensure that every person in our society has the necessity of life – healthy and fresh food.

Recently we opened the Comfort Café in Footscray and offer free meals to the homeless community with the support of its “Pay it Forward” program. Anyone who visits the café can leave a “gift” of a coffee, a soup or a meal – whether it’s $2 or $20, every donation goes directly toward providing a meal and a safe space for their next visitor in need.
