Werribee based artist and producer Brazadelic has been making music since 2016, whether it’s thought-provoking hip-hop tracks with a melancholic tone, or old school boom-bap-inspired production or today’s trap style with his artistic inspiration coming from the likes of Action Bronson, Bliss n Eso and MF Doom.
Brazadelic has always had a focus on clever rhyme schemes and a knack for personalised storytelling. In recent years he has begun to expand his talents and produce his own tracks, becoming a jack-of-all-trades, creating from inspirations such as Mac Miller, Griselda, The Alchemist and Madlib.
With his last recording coming out in 2024 as a collaboration with producer Yung Nab with B-RAZ X YUNG NAB, this record is filled with beautiful soul samples and sing/rap vocals like on Walking My Way, or fun bombastic trap sounds like on The Musk & The Zuck. Brazadelic’s lyrical miracle spiritual rapping and the use of vocal layers create a signature style that’s consistent across all of his projects.
Whilst he hasn’t got any projects coming out in the known future, he is constantly in the studio in his free time fine-tuning his craft. Albums to recommend would include the aforementioned project with Yung Nab, Memento Mori & Space Migration.
