Join us for a free rejuvenating yoga session and unlock the Vedic secrets for health, radiance and glow through Sanatan Kriya – The Essence of Yoga.
Our sessions are free because we believe yoga is a pristine science that loses its efficacy when it is commercialised. Our sessions are open to all ages and are beginner-friendly too. We build community engagement through diverse groups across cultures and ethnicities. Simply reserve your spot via Eventbrite.
We teach and practice yoga as laid down in Yoga Sutras by Rishi Patanjali 4500 years ago to unlock the key to a youthful, strong and balanced body and mind. The sessions are run by teachers from Dhyan Foundation who have been trained under the guidance of Ashwini Guru Ji of Dhyan Ashram in India. All the relevant documents can be provided on request.

The Westsider is an incorporated association operating as a not for profit. We’re an independent monthly community newspaper for the inner-western suburbs of Melbourne, powered by community journalism and publishing articles written by people who live and work in the inner west. There are many ways you can get involved.
The Westsider is run on the power of volunteers. Your contribution directly contributes to ensuring we can continue serving and celebrating our community.
The Westsider is created on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
The Westsider is bound by the Standards of Practice of the Australian Press Council. If you believe the Standards may have been breached, you may approach The Westsider or make a complaint to the Australian Press Council in writing at www.presscouncil.org.au. The Council may also be contacted on 1800 025 712.
