    Event Details

    The Seniors Exercise Park has been designed to maintain and increase strength, mobility and coordination. It is unlike other outdoor exercise equipment because it focuses on key areas from balance to shoulder and finger flexibility to keeping important areas strong to maintain independence and quality of life. All participants need to register.

    Our volunteers will be taking a break over Christmas and January, weekly sessions will start back on: Tuesday 21 January.
