Without Words
In collaboration with Bia Lupiga, Lana Wang, and Phillip Pham, Amelia Vu performs Without Words – performance that transforms dance into a wordless language, vividly narrating the journey of a person grappling with the profound challenges of communication and self-expression. In a society where communication barriers can leave individuals feeling marginalised and helpless, this performance is a powerful story of self-discovery and acceptance.
Bowery Theatre Saturday 1 March 2025.
West of the Bridge
Through Paul McVeigh’s process-driven practice of painting, he comments on the idea of Spaciality. There is no ambitious technique, it is unsophisticated, a painting constructed from its singularity and compositional analogues. Painting is not just a rendering. It references those places as a kind of narrative unto the paint. Technique is not the prime focus of the process. The crafting of the work however, is relevant.
March 15-30th at Louis Joel Arts & Community Centre– 5 Sargood St, Altona

Revolution and Joy
An exhibition that seeks to uncover and celebrate the moments of joy that exist within resistance movements and struggles for liberation. Revolution and Joy serves as both an expression of grief and hope and, ultimately, a reminder that joy, even in its most fleeting moments, has a revolutionary power.
