    Cherrywood Smoked Baltic Porter

    Urban Alley Brewery (5.9%)

Ahh, the nights are cooling down. This only means one thing; dark beer season.

Urban Alley Brewery, located in Docklands, offer up some delicious treats, and this is no different.

Pouring a dark tan, this Porter has all the aromas that will put you right by a campfire. The smoked malts give off those charcoal, toasty flavours and aromas. This also has the bacon vibes that I love from smoked beers.

It’s got lots of chocolate notes too, that soothe the insides.

Forget a weighted blanket this Winter, grab this beer instead.

We encourage submissions from our community, particularly stories about your own experiences, family history, local issues, your suburb, community events, local history, human interest stories, food, the arts, and environmental matters. It's hard to find local stories because major news suppliers have economised by cutting local journalism. In addition, social media algorithms mean we have to work doubly hard to be seen.
