A nice pick-me-up to make you feel better about being in iso!
Ingredients:
- 45ml Dry Gin
- 30ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- Dash blackberry liqueur (such as Chambord)
- Ice to shake
- Crushed ice (for glass)
- Dark berries (optional)
Method:
- To make the sugar syrup, gently bring 1/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup water to boil, stirring regularly. Set aside and allow to cool.
- Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup over ice
- Pour into glass filled with crushed ice
- Add blackberry liqueur
- Top with a blackberry or better yet, a brambleberry.
