    WOMEN SHAPING TODAY FOR AN EQUAL TOMORROW

    The Western Bulldogs in partnership with Victoria University, Maribyrnong City Council and the Western Bulldogs Community Foundations major partner WorkSafe Victoria, are hosting a free International Women’s Day event on Thursday March 10 to celebrate the incredible women in our community.

    All are welcome for a morning tea at the Footscray Community Arts Centre at 10:30am, then there will be a panel of women who are paving the way for women and girls and empowering them for an equal tomorrow. The panel will consist of AFLW Bulldogs Assistant Coach Kirby Bentley, alongside Associate Professor Jeannie Rea from Victoria University and Bernadette Thomas, Councillor for Maribyrnong City Council – Stony Creek ward. Western Bulldogs Board Member and CEO of Culture is Life, Belinda Duarte, will be MC.
