    Single malt sour [SMS me]

    This is a great winter cocktail (and we should mention strong). The Pisa Liqueur adds a delicious blend of pistachios and hazelnuts to the normal whiskey sour. Just getting off work or starting your weekend this is the cocktail you want!

    Ingredients:

    120 ml Tullamore Dew single malt whiskey
    45 ml Pisa liqueur
    1 egg white
    20 ml lemon juice
    Angastora bitters, cherry, orange
