Yarraville Community Centre offers high quality affordable occasional childcare for children 6 months to 5 years and a 3 year old pre-school program at two locations in the heart of Yarraville.

    Both stimulating and inclusive, these programs allow children to enjoy a range of age-appropriate activities. The team are fully qualified and skilled with many years
    of experience

    Occasional child care 9.15am – 2.15pm, Monday to Friday:

    • Beautiful large open light and bright rooms are the perfect way for your child to start their day, whether it be doing art and craft or meeting their friends in the play areas that are set up to encourage open ended play, intentional and independent play
    • Sleeping area for the babies and children who need a place to rest for a while
    • Spacious outdoor area that provides Sun Smart play including a large sandpit, mud kitchen, vegetable and herb garden, sensory garden, worm farm, play equipment, bikes, ball games and socialising

    3 year old pre-school program operates 9.30am – 2.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday

    • Situated in the beautiful parklands of Beaton Reserve, the neighbourhood house has a secure outdoor area with productive vegetable and herb gardens, fruit trees, Sun Smart shaded playground, cubby house and space for lots social play
    • Children have the ability to explore and investigate, getting them ready to transition to 4 year old kindergarten
