INTRODUCING OUR NEWEST PARTNER: YCC

Established in 1975, Yarraville Community Centre (YCC) is a not for profit organisation that has been delivering programs and services to the community for over 40 years.

YCC is a registered occasional care provider, Neighbourhood House, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Adult Community and Further Education (ACFE) provider, Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) provider, and Skills for Education and Employment program (SEE) provider.

We have a long history of developing partnerships and working with our community, business and government agencies. Our facilities are available to support groups that benefit the local community. Through a variety of programs and activities, over 2000 people visit us each week. We offer:

  • Affordable occasional childcare for ages 6 months to 5 years
  • English as an Additional Language (EAL) and adult literacy and numeracy classes
  • Youth group “The Pack” for ages 12 -17 years
  • Skills First Reconnect program for early school leavers and long-term unemployed
    (17-30 years)
  • Venue hire at our three sites, ideal for meetings, conferences, training sessions and private parties
  • Training for practical work pathways
  • Digital Literacy & IT Skills
