JUSTINE MCSWEENEY 'WHATEVER COMES' ALBUM LAUNCH

Ten years ago, Justine McSweeney took part in a songwriting camp, mentored by folk legend John McCutcheon, in Tennessee. At 60, she wrote her first song, beginning to explore her creative self and share her experiences of life through her music. 

Justine continued to invest in her songwriting, collaborating with an amazing collection of composers and musicians in Italy.  Back home she began serious work on her original material with the support and encouragement of Sarah Carroll.

With Sarah’s guidance, participation and connections, Justine has recorded a selection of her songs from these past 10 years.  It’s a delight to launch this album with the support of Sarah on guitar and uke, Shannon Bourne on guitars, George Carroll Wilson on bass and Chris Tabone on drums. 

Sarah and Shannon will play a short set to open the show.
