We’re an independent monthly community newspaper for the inner-western suburbs of Melbourne, powered by community journalism and publishing articles written by people who live and work in the inner west. The Westsider is created on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
