Garden in the rain
This refreshing and beautifully simple cocktail is made to perfectly pair with home-made apple pie or a cheeky slice of our signature spiced rum pecan pie!
45ml of your favourite Gin (we recommend Tanqueray or Four Pillars to match the flavour profile a bit neater)
15ml of Elderflower Liqueur
60ml Cloudy Apple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
6 Mint Leaves
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake hard for 15-20 seconds. Fine strain into a tall glass. Garnish with a few whole mint leaves into the body of the glass, and top with crushed ice. Torch a sprig of rosemary and add a sprinkle of dried flowers on top!
