The Dirty Sicilian
Ingredients
• 45ml Jameson
• 30ml Sweet Vermouth
(we prefer Dolin)
• 15ml Averna
• One dash Orange Bitters
Method
Build all ingredients in a mixing tin. Top with ice and stir to chill (20-30secs). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
