World Breastfeeding Week lunch, self-care for mums & baby massage class

The Australian Breastfeeding Association, in partnership with Cohealth and with support from the Maribyrnong Maternal and Child Health service, warmly invites you to join us for a special lunch to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week.

Nurture, Nourish & Connect will be focusing on building connection with your baby and looking at how we can look after ourselves as mums and support each other in our journey through early parenthood.

Location: Maidstone Child & Family Centre, 23 Burns St, Maidstone VIC 3012

12pm – Baby massage class

1pm – Lunch served

1:15pm – While eating, presentation about self-care for mums

2pm – Conclusion
