Discovery Time (Newport)

Each session features a variety of self-guided activities exploring themes from science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, sustainability and the natural world.

Children can discover, experiment, create and learn at their own pace through simple investigations, creative art experience, engineering challenges, sensory play and themed activities inspired by topics such as nature, gardening, animals and the environment. 

Parent/carer support and supervision is required at all times in the library space.

Bookings not required.

Some activities contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Wear clothing suitable for messy play.
