Classic Tex-mex recipe but with less cheese, perfect for those warm evenings when you suddenly find yourself actually able to leave the house
Ingredients:
- 30ml Tequila
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml Lime juice
- 15ml Orange juice
- 1 olive to garnish (or lime wedge)
Method:
- Wet a chilled glass rim and dip in salt
- Hard-shake liquid contents in shaker on ice
- Strain into glass
- Gently lower olive on a cocktail stick!
