I had the pleasure of attending the official opening of the new Avanti Health Centre Hobsons Bay in Spotswood. A gym for those aged 50+.
It was fantastic to meet CEO Darryl Grundy and some of the lovely community members using the new facilities.
From the easy-to-use equipment to the lovely staff, I couldn’t recommend a more suited place for those looking to either rekindle or start their fitness journey!
