Women’s Swim Night

Our Women’s Only Program is held on select Sunday evenings between 6:30pm and 8:30pm.

Women and girls of all ages can exercise and socialise together in this female-only environment, including lifeguards and MAC staff. All pool areas are available for use including leisure pool, lap pool, warm water exercise pool, steam room, sauna and spa. No bookings are required.

NOTE: There will be no women’s swim classes during Ramadan
